Q: What if I want to return my product

A: No haggle returns policy. You may return any unopened product for up to 45 days after purchase date. Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number which can be obtained by emailing info@a-1paintballstore.com or calling 1-800-994-8011.  Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return item.

Q: What if my product is defective or broken

A: Warrantee repair or replacement. Depending on the product purchased defective product is covered by the manufacturer warrantee. In most instances the manufacturer is able to provide support or will need the item for repair. If the manufacturer is not providing satisfactory support we will be happy to assist you in resolving your issue.

Q: Does my billing address have to match my shipping address

A: Credit Card Fraud Protection.  For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all. If both addresses are on file with the credit card company, you still may receive an automated email regarding verification of your address.

If this is the case, please give us a call at 800-994-8011 so that we can manually verify your addresses with the credit card company. We do have an address match department that calls banks to verify addresses daily. If your financial institution cannot verify your address with us, you will be contacted via email or phone call. If we are unable to verify your address within 7 days, your order will be cancelled.


 Q: Do You Ship Outside The USA

A:  Yes we do. On many products we are able to ship overseas. Overseas orders cannot be processed through the website checkout. Please email us at info@a-1paintballstore.com or call 760-479-5736 to discuss your order.

A:  YesWe use state of the art security protocols to protect all your data and payment information.

Q: How will my order be shipped and how long will it take.

A:  We use UPS Ground for most orders. Orders are usually shipped UPS ground within 24 hours. Delivery time will vary based on your location and the location of the shipping warehouse. We operate from warehouses across the country and we make every effort to ship from the closest location at all times. You will receive email notification from us with your shipping information.


Q: How much do you charge for shipping.

A:  We try hard to keep shipping very competitive. We calculate shipping for each order indivisually based on the specifics of the order. You will be given shipping rates and options for your order when you check out. Our minimum shipping rate is $7.99 and depending on the size of your order some additional fees may be calculated.

Q: Shipping on paintballs and bunkers.

A:  We try hard to keep shipping very competitive.  Because bunkers and paint are heavy items shipping expense is very high.  We higher shipping for these items.

Q: What is your payment policy

A:  We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We will accept wire transfers and checks directly but items will not be shipped untill payment has been received and cleared our account.
